Motorola's newest flagship phone, the Droid RAZR HD has a 4.7-inch, Super AMOLED HD 720p display which unfortunately uses a Pentile color matrix. The RAZR HD will launch with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, but Motorola says it will receive an upgrade to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean by the end of the year.

Claiming up to 32 hours of real world use on a single charge, Motorola's Droid RAZR Maxx HD features the same 4.7-inch HD display, 1.5Ghz dual-core processor, and kevlar backing as the Droid RAZR HD, but with a little added bulk to fit the bigger 3300 mAh battery.

Nokia's latest flagship smartphone, the Lumia 920, comes with a significant spec increase over the previous generation. While the Lumia 920 predictably bumped the display size up to 4.5-inches and runs Windows Phone 8, it also adds in some more unique tweaks like wireless charging and an 8.7 megapixel "PureView" camera.

Successor to Samsung's popular Galaxy S II, the Galaxy S III adds in 4G LTE connectivity and a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED (Pentile) display, as well as 2GB of RAM. The Galaxy S III runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with Samsung's new version of TouchWiz, which takes cues from nature.
