Filling the gap between Canon's 7D and 5D Mark III, Canon's EOS 6D DSLR camera includes a full-frame sensor and several advantages over the much loved 5D Mark II. Canon notes designing the 6D to play off of the features that made the 5D Mark II so successful with filmmakers on a budget.
