M

By Leica
X

Leica M moves from the line's previous CCD sensor to a CMOS sensor. It is Leica's first M series camera with video recording capabilities. It also marks a new naming standard for Leica. Rather than following Leica's M9 with M10, Leica will be naming all future iterations "M". In addition to Leica's M mount lenses, the camera also has support for Leica R mount lenses.
