Announced at CES 2012 and released in May, Lenovo's IdeaCentre A720 is an all-in-one with a 27-inch 1080p touchscreen display, powered by an Ivy Bridge processor, Nvidia GeForce graphics, and an optional hybrid hard drive/SSD set up.

The Acer Aspire 7600U is a 27-inch all-in-one Windows 8 PC. Measuring just 1.38 inches thin, the system features a capacitive multitouch HD display and Real Sound Lab's CONEQ audio processing technology.
