Acer's C7 Chromebook has some surprising specs for a $199 laptop. The Chromebook is set apart from Samsung's similar offering by a 320GB HDD in place of Samsung's 16GB SSD. It has a number of connectivity offerings, including 3 USB 2.0 ports, as well as VGA and HDMI out. It also includes Ethernet support, an uncommon trait for Chromebooks. The higher-spec $299 version features a larger battery, 500GB HDD, and twice the RAM.
