Verge score: 9.1

The second generation in Canon's mirrorless interchangeable line of cameras, the EOS M2 makes only a few tweaks to the original model. A new hybrid CMOS sensor allows for greatly improved auto focus. The addition of Wi-Fi allows for wireless picture sharing. And some minor changes to the buttons and body allow the advanced amateur better control of the camera.

Description

The Nikon V2 is a high-end interchangeable-lens camera that is part of the Nikon 1 series of mirrorless cameras and has been updated with a larger, DSLR-like grip and a built-in, top-mounted flash. It features a new 14.2-megapixel CX format, CMOS sensor, up to 15fps capture with continuous autofocus, and a 1.4-million-dot EVF with 100-percent frame coverage in addition to its rear 3-inch 921k-dot LCD.

The third camera to use Fujifilm's X-Series lens system, the X-M1 offers 16.3 megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor, sharing over WiFi, and a 3-inch, 920,000 dot display, in a body half the size of a DSLR.

Sony's NEX-6 is a mirrorless, interchangeable-lens camera featuring a built-in OLED viewfinder, Wi-Fi sharing, and the inclusion of a mode dial switch. It has a 16.1-megapixel APS-C sensor, an angle-adjustable 3-inch LCD with a 921k-dot resolution, and 1080p24 video recording capability.
