Overall, the Incredible is a really decent phone with just a couple of flaws. First off the design isn't terrible, but the plastic makes it feel slightly cheap. The battery life pretty much sucks. Prepare to get an extended battery if you use your phone a lot throughout the day and aren't near an outlet.

The user interface and software is where the phone really shines. HTC's Sense is great and the 1GHz Snapdragon allows for a quick and snappy UI.
