The wireless interface means my stats are automatically input. Adding a few more details about weight, height, age and fitness targets will get you 90% there. Add a diet plan and details on daily consumption, heart rate, BP and other health details results in a pretty comprehensive dashboard that lets you understand the targets you have set and the likelihood you'll achieve them.
