For the price, you simply can't beat this phone. I tend to prefer smaller form-factor phones, so the Focus Flash really does something for me. I can't get used to the gigantic 4.3+ inch screens on most smart phones these days - overkill, unnecessary, and just hard to hold and use on a daily basis. The Focus Flash just feels great in your hand and pocket.
With Windows Phone 7.5 Mango, the software is finally in its own. I feel as if the Marketplace has the apps you need, if not all the hyped-up numbers of the other ecosystems. The Marketplace works well and is able to actually find the apps you want with a simple search (something the Android store was never able to do for me). The podcast integration is top-tier, and considering I use podcasts every day, this is a huge plus for me. So far I have not had the issues with call quality and my callers not being able to hear me like I did with my previous smartphones. I've owned an iPhone, an Inspire 4G, and a Blackberry Torch 9810. So far, this phone beats them all in daily usability and joy-factor.
Everything works very smoothly and this is a phone I just can't recommend enough. Go get one. At $50 it's a steal. At $0.01, it ought to be illegal.
