    Not sure if you considered getting a remote server or not but we are using http://www.macstadium.com and it works perfectly. Let me know if you have any setup questions. I am more then happy to assist!

    A lot of guys using it for a minecraft server... minecraft can be tricky though..
    If your trying to get on multiplayer you need to set up a minecraft server. I have been using http://www.macstadium.com for a while and it works perfectly. They have a full video on how to do it here: http://www.macstadium.com/blog/minecraft-mac-server/
