Overall, they're pretty darn good. I bought them solely because they were wireless. So on that- they work as advertised. They sound good. If you like the Solo HDs, then these sound exactly the same to my ears. They're not going to impress the people that spend $500 on Grado's and use a headphone amp- but those people know better. The construction is a mixed bag. The ear pads are very nice, but the plastics are so-so. With some of my old Sennheisers, I had no fears when tossing them onto my bed etc. With these, I find myself gently setting them down. They don't necessarily feel cheap, I just wish they were a little more premium given their price. They're about as comfortable as on-ear headphones could possibly be. Battery life is not an issue. I haven't tested it, but most people that have quote 6-8 hours, which is exceedingly good. The volume/play/pause/forward/back buttons on the right ear cup are a very nice feature.
The one thing that I have not seen anyone touch on is how they work while paring with multiple devices. To keep it short, they only pair with one device at a time with no memory. So, to switch from say my iPad to my iMac, I have to turn the headphones off, press and hold the "multifunction" and "volume down" buttons for ~7 seconds to initiate a reset. When you turn them back on they go into pairing mode. Then I have to search for them on my iMac, and re-pair. Could this be more efficient? Possibly. Could it be 10x more complicated? Most definitely.
