The major advantage of a rooted Glass is the ability to run apps that Google won't approve, but since Glass is essentially a computer, some have begun to speculate on what security intrusions might look like on a device that can see and hear everything exactly what you do.

Glass is essentially a portal into your first-person experience, and the idea that someone could break into those experiences is a harrowing one indeed.
