I can’t wait to see new console gameplay but I am concerned that the games are going to become over reliant on the Kinect for input. Everyone I know that has an XBox also has a Kinect and not one of them actually uses it for gaming. I personally don’t want to have to get up off the couch at 11:30 at night and jump around in my living room to play a game.

There is no such thing as a game console anymore. These companies don’t want to sell you games. They want to sell you television shows and movies each month. There is way more money there. Games are simply one kind of content. There are 10 people who watch TV and are willing to pay for shows for every gamer. This box was designed for people who would never buy a game machine.
