Isn’t their HSPA+ going to be upgraded to faster-than-LTE-speeds though? Given how few cities LTE is even available in (depending on carrier) it’s doesn’t seem false at all. And it is faster than the data on any iPhone. That isn’t false either.
Yes, calling it 4G is wrong, but then calling “LTE” 4G is also technically wrong as well, as LTE isn’t “true-4G.”

This makes sense to me. I use only a small amount of data, but then a family member of mine has used 14GB (just downloading, not uploading,) in the past 3 months.
If it was shared, my data would be throttled (if this was T-Mobile) or cut off by none of my doing. (I’m disregarding Sprint’s unlimited as there’s little Sprint coverage where I’m located, with ridiculously slow speeds when even available.)

I’ve never seen Blade Runner, but I suppose I should, I keep hearing from everybody that it’s a great movie. I can assume that this sequel will be 3D though, based on how amazed Ridley seems about 3D’s abilities in making Prometheus. (But 3D doesn’t bother me, I rather like it when it’s done right, and I’m just assuming here.)
I can’t wait to see Prometheus. :)

Yes! that is the best option.
I use mine frequently for video projects. (Hence why I would like the option for Bluray, as everything is HD now.)

I use the disc drive daily. A capable machine is one I don’t need to lug an external disc drive with. The Pro is already thin compared to ANY other higher-quality/capable laptop, can you remind me why it actually needs to be thinner?
I’d rather they keep the disc drive and upgrade it to Bluray.

If people wanted a thinner Macbook Pro without a disc drive, they could just get the Air. Making the more capable machine “air-like” makes it then extremely pointless. Why not get rid of the Pro line completely? Except that would be an insanely stupid idea.
So I believe it will still be rocking a disc drive at least. If anything, the computer in these rumors could just easily be a 15" Air. That makes a lot more sense to me than a diminutized Pro.

I think they should have been more pressing on the fact that they were killing off UMD and digital would be the only way to get backwards copatibility on future systems… And have that program to get digital versions of UMD games should’ve been brought to more countries.
Well, launching it for $199, or even less, like $179 (undercutting the DSi at the time I believe,) would’ve greatly helped too.

Darn. I wish there was edit.
I would’ve added “We’ve fixed nothing” to the end. :-/
All in good fun though, if nobody could tell.

And people hated the PSPgo with it’s “future of gaming” digital-only capability, back in 2009. :-/
It’s funny how things change… (But I agree with you.)

This surely won’t help with that.

I already have, a 4s, and a few before.
I’m just open to trying new things. Once you have something engineered to such detail, it’s hard to step down from that… (Hence my opinions on design.)
