Completely agree. I’m dreading this new “feature”.
I’ve got a very simple username (it’s just my first name – yes, I signed up early). The downside of that is that everyday I get tagged in a ton of photos by people who think you just stick an @ before any name. I’ve had to turn all notifications off entirely, otherwise my phone just goes nuts all day. Add in Photos of You, and it’s only going to get exponentially worse.
