Okay. I love Radiohead. They’re very different from Coldplay. But I do believe it’s possible to continue loving Radiohead without shitting on Coldplay.

Also, can we get a Mario or Metroid port with these albums as the soundtrack. That would be awesome.

The argument is that the implementation of the scroll back feature infringes on Apple’s patent. Because of that, the code becomes something that could definitely be used as evidence in the case. Discovery law gives both parties the opportunity to review evidence before it’s presented in court. There are very few exceptions to that rule.

I joined the Android Army forum, simply to say that this was a very intelligent and well written post. Loved it. And I agree, healthy discussion of technology always trump arguments about technology, or who’s phone or computer is better. We should all be willing to entertain different opinions and approaches and ideas. Cool.
