It works out. You’re excluding important factors that the Bible details, like the Devil, human imperfection, free will and their effects on our current circumstances. And you don’t know God’s methods or timetable. You don’t have the whole picture. So you can’t come to a complete conclusion. Jehovah God’s omniscience means that he sees beyond what we can, and knows the best courses of action to benefit us long term.

God can be and is all three of the things you listed. And he is doing what’s in our best interest right now.
