Ehhh, I’ve been going along most of with Android and Windows phone comparisons so far, but how many ways can you really make a simple camera icon? Apple copying this particular feature is rather small in the opinion of an Android user who really doesn’t like Apple a bit.

Considering the origin, if only this image hadn’t been used tens of thousands of times previous to this, because it does fit in here (I’m not an iPoo user, and think iOS 7 is plenty ugly, just pointing out the accurate use of a meme)

As a dev, I quite prefer the infinite openness of Android over iOS. Rooting truly gives you extreme openness, I am often quite surprised at everything you can do with such openness. You can change your OS on the go, dual, or even quad boot!-, overclock, undervolt, apps can access so many aspects of the OS via superuser controls; and even without root Android offers more options for devs, for instance, the ability to uncheck an option so you may install 3rd party apps.
As a dev, and a tech enthusiast, I quite prefer Android, and even Windows phone, over iOS.
