We have Cyclones (not frequent tornadoes though)… of which are record setting sizes and wind speeds. But if you are hit by a Cyclone you have more issues than your Xbone not connecting for 24 hours. The beauty, as you found, is Steam requires a connection once a month in off line mode, which is a lot for a purely online distribution network, the key being ‘online distribution network’. PS4 and Xbone don’t require net just to get games like Steam…. so the Steam analogy people use is mute.
I wouldn’t Touch an Xbone with your junk, I’m awaiting the Sony announcement, I have low expectations.
Old mate above is obviously prone to hyperbole, Australia’s net is decent a lot, average for most, shitty for some. That breaks down to being isolated, which is most country towns. Cities are OK to brilliant.
