I will say I haven’t seen the One X yet, but it’s noticeably better than any other mobile phone
I just stopped reading after that. How can you make any conclusion without ever seeing something for yourself?

If you don’t think the Reina display stands out compared to a TFT WVGA panel, you might need to get your eyes checked…

To be honest, that wedge shaped iPhone concept is butt ugly and whoever made it should be ashamed. I mean, when I look at it, all I think is “Really?….Really?”

Yeah, for everyone’s own good, don’t visit that site. Trust me. Your eyes will be grateful.

Yeah, just a nice change of pace from the usual Powerpoint-styled presentations.

Unless AT&T and T-Mobile have bad coverage in his area. Then it’d be simply stupid to go with them. What’s the point of a smartphone without a good network connection?

I share your sentiments. I hate cheap looking and feeling phones (which seems to be the case with the S3), and I detest TouchWiz. So throwing out the S3 is a good idea.
From there, I would highly suggest that you stick with Verizon and either get the Galaxy Nexus, or wait for potential announcements for new phones.
Good luck!

Definitely go with Verizon. First and foremost, you want to make sure your phone actually works. What’s the point of 3G/4G – or a smartphone is general really – if you barely get enough reception to make a phone call? All the features of the One X are going to be pointless without a good connection to a high-speed network.
As for which phone to get, it really depends on personal preference (although personally, I’d throw out the Droid Incredible 4G immediately as its not really on the level of the other two – i.e. no 720p screen). If you want timely updates to the OS, it’s a no-brainer: go with the Galaxy Nexus. On the other hand, the S3 has a few compelling upsides in terms of hardware, such as a better camera and a faster processor. In addition, if any of Samsung’s software features appeal to you, then maybe the S3 would suit you.

Found this site – The Fancy – and I really like the minimal and clean aesthetic. Plus, the content is pretty great too!

I like it! Just one thing, some of the pictures for a few of your articles are very pixellated, which is a bit distracting. Maybe try to find ones with a better fitting resolution.

Sony Vegas Pro would probably suit you well. I think its the most comparable software on Windows to FCP X, and its relatively easy to learn quickly. However, if you’re looking for something truly professional (and something that will truly break the bank), take a look at Avid. In terms of pure features and power, thats the best video editors. Video editing doesn’t get much more in depth as that. With all that said, I doubt you need all of the things Avid provides, and I’d recommend Sony Vegas.

The point of a business is to make money, not to pay taxes. If they can save money for themselves, why not? I’m sure you’d do the same, and if you say you wouldn’t, well, you’re probably lying.

I think I know what the crashing might be a result of. It usually happens when I’m in an area with little to no coverage, and my phone is looking for a 3G signal. It sometimes starts to heat up and then inexplicably restarts. Go figure. Haha

While the assertion that most Android complaints are posed by users of low-end phones is up for dispute, I think that most complaints are about Android itself, its aesthetic, and its functionality. Android should work well on any phone, not just one’s with ridiculous specs. Look no further than WP7. Its just as fluid on a phone that came out a year ago as it is on the brand spankin’ new Lumia 900. Same goes with the iPhone, with iOS performing admirably on the relatively ancient 3GS.
The same can’t be said for Android. I own an Optimus V (I’m a student, so I can’t afford a phone on contract) and while it does what I need it to do, it does experience lag and it does crash at times, making my phone restart completely. I don’t know if this is a result of Android not being optimized well, or something else, I just know it needs to be fixed.
