Hang on – is this just in regards to YouTube, or ALL WiFi? I suspect that your YouTube app may be pulling down the 720p version of a video, hence the slower speed. (I know this is what my iPad does, which makes watching YouTube kind of a pain). I’ve got the LTE GNex, and I’ve had no issues with WiFi speeds.
Alternatively, it could be a radio issue, in which case you probably want to call Google/Samsung and see if you can get a warranty replacement.

I think it’s important to note that turning on “motion blur” is actually an interpolation of frames in those circumstances – yes it looks smoother, but it’s not “true” frames you’re seeing. It’s the TV calculating what would go between frame 1 and frame 2.
I wonder how “fake” 48 FPS (for instance) compares to “true” 48 FPS..if there’s a discernible difference there..
