If you have unlimited data, why would you have wifi on except those few times you need to download large files faster than with 3G? Whenever I leave home or work, the phone needs 10-20 seconds to realize that it is outside of wifi range, and during this time I always want to check the live updated bus times. With wifi on I basically have to wait for the phone to be completely outside of wifi coverage because with 1 bar it tries (and failes) to use it. So I leave wifi off most of the time and it’s not because of the battery life.

It’s almost unbelievable that in 2012, we still have these issues. WebGL was invented to prevent this very problem. Why won’t they use it?

You do realize that the vast majority of no.1 hits on both iOS and Android are puzzle games right?
Angry Birds, Cut the rope, Where’s my water, Draw Something etc.

The rest are usually fast pick up and play arcade style games like Temple run, Tiny wings and Fruit Ninja. Fast pick up and play is what people want on mobile. They don’t want twitch games like they do on consoles and PC.

…and 3D view, my maps, latitude, any of the labs features, transit lines, wikipedia and voice search.
