I dunno, with Mayer at the helm, I feel like she knows what she’s doing. If anything changes on Tumblr, I don’t think it will be much, and not for quite a while, I would imagine.

And yet, exactly zero of my 200+ friends on Facebook are on G+. Sure, it might be a wet dream for the tech crowd, but it sucks for the average person.

No one mentioned the same players.
Over 70% of the number of players that were online at it’s peak are still online today.

The number of players at peak was at or around 12 million. The number of players now, as released by Activision and cited in this very article, is at 8.3 million. The citation is a calculator. 69.1%, which is damn close to 70%.
But hey, I wouldn’t expect a “citation needed” troll to actually, you know, read an article.

Yep, and really that’s what Blizzard does best. Cherry pick the most popular/best working pieces of other games, polish the hell out of them, and release. D3 was their only release that was bad, and it has improved immensely since release (not counting the latest gold duping bug).
It’s not bad that they do that, it’s just how they work. I look forward to the MMO they have in the works.

Not particularly surprising. The game is very close to 9 years old. The fact is still has over 8 million subs is pretty astounding.

lol, seriously. It’s like saying EA and other game companies are doing illegal things by not making every game for Mac OS. This is what happens when you’re using a platform that’s in the overwhelming minority of total users.

Email for my school account, SMS, Twitter, Facebook, SportsCenter. All I can think of, off hand, and I don’t remember anything different popping up recently.
EDIT: Oh, and on my Nexus 7, it’s pretty much the same thing except add Google +, and take away SMS and SportsCenter.
