Nintendo IP constitutes most of game unit sales on all of their systems.
23 of the top 25 games on the Wii were Nintendo’s.
It may be a blow in appearances, but it’s not going to have any real impact on what people play on their devices.

I really like the hidden controls. I’ve used an auto-hidden taskbar for many years now and appreciate the extra screen real-estate that it provides. Once you know where things are, do you really need them taking up space 100% of the time for the 0.05% of the time that you use them?

It has been said plenty of times now. Windows Phone Metro > Windows 8 Metro. Looking again at Zune, it so easy to see the DNA that flowed over into WP, but somehow got lost in the translation when it came to Win8.
Some things to look into.
1) Font weights. Compare the Zune interface to Windows 8 and you can see that bold and semibold fonts are used most of the time. In Win8 it is rare. The bold/allcaps titles are almost nonexistent. Win8 uses SegoeUI light and semilight almost exclusively.. why you no SegoeWP?
2) The scrollbar on the start screen. It’s really bad. One of the rare times transparency is used and it looks like ass AND it’s on the damn start screen. I’m going to add in the arrows in rectangles (the triangle brackets) for flipping between images, it turns up in various apps and sites. It’s just looks so out of place.
3) Start Screen Backgrounds. There are some hideous options in there and they turn up in every review and screenshot for some reason. I’m sure some user study took place where people said “I want to customize it more..”. The design team probably said “no”, then the execs said “do it anyway”, no surprise it looks terrible.
Is anyone surprised that when tiles can be any colour and the background can be any colour that so often there are clashes???
4) Desktop icons on the Start Screen. They look bad. You know I don’t need to tell you so.
I’m seriously just getting warmed up…

From the looks of it, most air coming in from the smaller fans would be sucked directly out by the PSU. Not a great design IMO.
You could consider removing the PSU and sit it on top of the case. That would make way for a 120mm fan in the back. It would make for heaps of extra space inside that could even accommodate a decent sized after market CPU cooler.
Not pretty, but if the noise was annoying me enough I’d consider it.

Short answer: Your temps are ok.
Your CPU temps are what I’d expect of the Intel stock cooler. Not great but within normal.
HDDs always concern me.
Your GPU is actually running fairly cool.
I’d mod the case anyhow for a larger fan. Small fans are noisy and annoying.

If we’re going with the water via comet delivery theory, why could the same object that delivered the water not also be the object involved in the big impact?
BTW, the view of this from space would have been awesome.

Of course the low end market exists. No one disputes that. This phone occupies that space. Until such a time that Nokia release a phone with specs that potentially could run WP but instead runs something else, then there is no conflict. This phone is half the price of even the lowest end Windows Phone. It has specs that reflect that lower price. It is not in the ballpark of and is not in competition with any Windows Phone device.
So where is the hedging taking place? They are merely continuing to service the low end of the market. No one would expect them to not capitalize on potential revenue in this space.

It sounds like your case might be too small. I’m guessing you got an 11" graphics card that is encroaching on your hard drive bays, this created your other problems.
Larger Mobos won’t change the number of cables you need, it also wouldn’t create more space for hard drives.
Unless you wanted to run a quad-SLi/crossfire setup with a PCIe SSD, the problems you described aren’t a problem for the board you have (given a nice case for it). Seriously, the market for such a board would be so incredibly niche a manufacturer would never recoup the cost of developing it.

Palm rejection?? The video looks a bit unnatural the way he keeps his hands well clear of the screen. I can see some problems arising in real world usage seeing as how they assigned a single tap as undo.
