I do not know about payment system. I use PayPal, and on some titles prices (mostly new AAA releases) are lower (up to 50%). But most titles have same pricing and some are unavailable (e.g. Skyrim).
It took iTunes 10 years to reach my country (Ukraine). And all major labels have branches here. Google Music, Spotify, Pandora, Rdio – they all are unavailable here. It’s true, that none of them have real interest in Ukrainian market. But I do not understand, why streaming service has to have separate agreements with Universal Music USA and Universal Music Ukraine, for example.
