That’s weird, I have absolutely no problem using the new hangouts and placing calls from my computer.

Maybe this is only affecting some people? /shrug

Oh shut the hell up with this already. I’m saving $80 per month for my 2-line account on one of Tmobiles “uncarrier” plans for months before they actually announced the thing. They offered t to me because I rarely used carrier purchased phones anyway and it is the best thing that’s ever happened… period.

I’m using a Galaxy Nexus on one line and a long since paid for Tmobile G2 on the other. Both phones work and work great. I don’t need to buy a new iPhone or some other random Phone that just came out. That money is going straight to the bank.
When I decided that I need/want a new phone, I’ll have more than enough money to purchase a brand new phone off contract.

The beauty of the Tmobile’s system is that the cost of your phone is not tied to your service plan. Whatever you have to pay for the actual phone, more or less, is a separate issue all-together and as far as I’m concerned it’s on you. Maybe people will actually start to look at it logically and actually make better decisions.
