That’s what I expected when I bought it. The reality is that when you have multiple applications running it takes some processing to bring everything back to normal.
What may fool lots of people is that the screen is back up instantly, but you can’t even move the cursor. I wouldn’t call that being awake at all. It takes some time to be able to operate this thing again. Sometimes a few seconds, other times about 10 seconds.
