The fact they’re not even releasing a Metro version of Word is downright worrying to me. If Microsoft can’t show devs how to design a complex Metro app, who will?

Technology that gets out of your way and into everyone else’s way. I’d be really put off if I was talking to someone while they were wearing Google Glasses.

Except it’s more like Company X did something awesome, Company Y did an underwhelming copy. The customers only win when there’s actual innovation.

I was playing with this app the other day. Great when it works, but for some reason it kept speeding up and slowing down my music. Entertaining, but not particularly useful.
Native Airplay-target-ness for iOS devices would be pretty great, either way.

I dream of a Utopia where all content is available across all platforms and consumers don’t have to lock themselves in somewhere to get the stuff you want.
The I wake up to a reality where accepting money for platform exclusivity is considered a better idea than selling your stuff everywhere.
Sigh.

I don’t really have anything to say that wouldn’t be hugely ignorant so I’m not going to bother.
I will however say that platform exclusivity is absolutely ridiculous for things like movies or eBooks. Why not just let everyone sell your thing?
