+1 Slim Bean is pretty awesome.
And its PIE integration is the best I’ve seen on any ROM.

On the other hand if you want full control on your DPIs, you should go with PA, which is really great too.

I guess that Tasker just has more micro-management, and thus gives space to more possibilities.

Mostly the mediaserver process is what the OS uses while you listen to music (basic I/O operations). But if you’re not listening to any music, N4 and N7 have no mediaserver showing up in the battery consumption list.
