even if the server issues continued, I would still probably give it a 10…. rarely is a game so great that when I’m playing it I couldn’t care less about it issues.

it works though when it’s in a genre that has amazing games already in it.

I think the video sums it up pretty well when the man talks about how commenting on the internet brought out parts of him he doesn’t want in his life. Religious or not… you should strive to be a good person on the internet (and in “real life”)

It’s hard for me to not agree with a lot of the things they say about the internet. Obviously the internet does a lot of great things, especially business wise. But it also brings out a lot of shit, and it’s probably good to teach people they need to avoid all of that.

For how much people claim apple changes things cause they’re “apple” and they want money…. They sure have used that dock connector for a very long time.

giving schools better resources doesn’t fix the problem of shitty teachers.

let alone the fact that when the recession and they realized the demand for their product was drastically dropping a lot of CEOs did take large pay cuts/freezes. When less product is being made you need to less people to produce it.

I’m guessing if you have waited this long to spend $200 on a 360, I doubt you will spend $400/500 on a “NExTbox”

phone with no screen at all… about the size of a iPod suffle and you use Siri to control everything. He/She will even read out your tweets.

They’ve gone out to say this will be the only extra version of the game.

I"m probably one of the few people that has no music on their iPhone. (though I do use iTunes Match still kinda as a back up for certain situations). I’d rather have my zune in one pocket playing music while used my phone for something else at the same time any day.

ya sadly after the 5th gen iPod (pre “classic”) they stopped using Wolfson DAC in their devices. If you use the headphones that came with your devices then it’s not going to matter, but ya for me I much prefer the warmer sounds that Wolfson DAC devices seem to have (or at least what the zune is doing with that DAC). Ever since the change Apple has at least been getting better with the Cirrus Logic. Which some people even prefer.

Zune felt like software and devices that were created by people who actually love music.
It’s simple, but the changing colors over the artist photos while music is playing looks gorgeous at times.

Honestly, a 240GB iPod classic. Been thinking about buying an extra Zune 120 though just in case my other one dies before I can never find one again. Least I also have a 64gb HD, but can’t have my music at 320 to fit everything on there.

If you wanna call the first gen clunky than I can understand, but I don’t see how you can say that after the software redesign and about anything device wise after the first gen (80,120,Flash, HD) Hell those are most solid well produced pieces of hardware I’ve bought in a long time. Pre iOS the iPod’s UI was extremely bland, and I hated the scroll wheel (though I understand I’m a minority on that one.I’m still blown away by just how much better of an experience it is to sync ad mange a device on Zune as it is on iTunes (especially with podcasts). They came in at a time that people were already calling every media device an “iPod,” and at that point the quality of any competing device just didn’t really matter mass market wise. If you didn’t like the Zune that’s fine, but to claim that MS “miserably failed” quality wise, and that things like that are the “plain truth” just seems, I don’t know, off.

if you are upgrading from 5.5 yes the upgrade price is only $525, but subscription wise it would only $360. Now if you have no desire upgrading to 6.5 next year than yes, you would be better off just buying the upgrade. I believe the 5 to 5.5 price was $550 so come next year it will be interesting to see if there is still a cheaper monthly option for the people who paid for the first year with CS6 like there is the current intro option. Lucking for me though I’ll just ride on the student versions for as long as I’m a student.
