It won’t drag on in court if Lindsay Graham has his way. It makes no difference at all if the suspect is an American citizen because, you see, Lindsay knows how to distinguish between terrorists & “real” human beings.
Because as we all know, terrorists (as non-human beings) don’t qualify for human rights. And if they’re U.S. Citizens, well that’s just hard cheese. No constitutional rights for you, you dirty non-human being. We should all fall to our knees & sing out with prayers of thanks to the Drone God buzzing overhead; prayers of thanks that we have Lindsay Graham to watch over us, & guide & protect us. Because Lindsay Graham knows who is a person & who isn’t, & he knows just how many legal rights any given person is entitled to.
No matter how hard I try though, I just can’t scrape all of the Lindsay Graham stench from the soles of my shoes.

Lindsey Graham is a outstanding example of a Pathetic Excuse. Wave a dollar bill under his nose & he’ll follow you home. This man person has absolutely no conviction or principle that cannot be re-shaped provided there’s a payout involved.
That & the fact that he’s just incredibly eff’’n stupid.

I’m with you on that & hope many others are as well. Now we need to find a media outlet willing to go along. PBS may be willing to follow such a direction of coverage, but I think that we can safely dismiss any corporate main-stream media outlets.
Maybe with every update on the perp, we get a quick profile on an every-day hero on the scene.
