Republicans: spending trillions of dollars on war, and then complaining of wasted government resources on updating a website.
LOGIC.

The fact that anyone has liked your comment is proof that there is no hope for America. The fact that people like you are voting is even more proof.

Except for the giant fucking buttons and the ribbon and the outdated massive icons.
But hey, baby steps.
(Totally agreed on the skeuomorphics shit btw. It’s the one thing about OS X that really drives me nuts).

A fair point, but since we’re going with the soccer/football analogy, here’s my take on it:
Let’s say the Sounders are playing against … idk… doesn’t really matter who… and they continually try to play the long ball over the top of the defense, and keep getting shut down every single time, but keep trying it anyway. No, I don’t want to see them give up and forfeit the match, but I would much rather prefer they start trying to pass on the ground and stretch the defense, or activate the wingers to send in some crosses, or come at them in a counterattack. There are other ways to the goal. If the way you’re trying keeps failing and failing and failing, don’t give up the game, just try another way to the goal.
Kind of a weird analogy but I hope that made sense.

Seems maybe you still don’t get what butthurt means.
I’d be butthurt if I put my phone against theirs and lost and then was bitter about the results.
Refusing to participate is not being butthurt. It’s being apathetic.
Regardless of how many phones WP7 can “smoke”, no one is still going to give a shit about it at the end of the day, so who really cares?

“Unjustifiably claiming or being credited with particular accomplishments or qualities.”
One of the definitions of fraudulent. Again, literally exactly what they’re doing.
Why don’t you go take a look at the requirements for “challenger’s” phones, and then go look at how they’re setting up these WP7 phones to compete with that.
If you don’t consider that “rigging” in some way, then I seriously question your understanding on what that word means.

This is incredibly well documented. I don’t know how people are still acting like this is a surprise. They’re cheating.

That’s not what it means at all. That’s like saying you’re not cheating on a test unless you get 100%.
