Samsung’s leadership has been tied to a lot of inscrupluous dealings, even legally, but prosecutions and sentences have been waived to protect Samsung and it’s ties to the Korean economy.
The problem here is that even with the training, the companies don’t want to pay what US workers want.
This is simply not true. I work at Apple and we have hundreds of openings, have interview rooms filled with interviewees from 9 to 5 every day of the week, and it’s so hard to find people with acceptable skills.
