Vice City yeah, but thats designed for the big screen. Candy crush on a big screen is useless, just makes it awkward mapping controls to a controller, when its just there on your phone screen.
Some games translate, some don’t. Until we see creatively made games that work well on mobile platforms and controllers, anything moving across is gonna fall short somewhere. There will success stories, just not too many right now

Can it not look like the iOS one? Thats kind of beautiful and it will be odd if google’s apps make me move to iOS (as well as this iOS overhaul)

Thats a good point. There’s no point increasing graphics if it detracts from gameplay.
Good graphics should serve the gameplay. Sounds like a good mantra for graphic art designs like cell shaded or something

That episode worked so well. It was exactly a Phil kind of thing to do, wasn’t awkward pushing tech in any way like that, I thought it was done so well

While there are some games that could get away with being on a big screen (Shadowgun) stuff like Jetpack Joyride I have no intention of playing on a screen? Isn’t it just 30 seconds, pick up play then move on? Do people have an urge to play these short tiny games on tv screens?
Other than that… emulators man, thats the only thing i’d get one for

I agree completely. Although seeing them Wind Waker HD screens for the upcoming WiiU release, I think we might have a more timeless edition being released!

Always liked this guy. Thought he did great work on webOS, shame it never realised its full potential (IMO).

Sounds a really great idea. Garden State was really well done I thought, and Im looking forward to this kind of production becoming more popular, not just indie films, but the chance for people investing through kickstarter to get involved, get a copy of the script and really connect to the film. Hope it all goes well for him

Same iPod! actually was a while before i bought music on itunes though, as my mum wouldn’t let me use a credit card online, so I bought Fall Out Boy’s ‘From Under The Cork Tree’ with an itunes gift card!

Can Josh just sort out microphone issues or camera issues before a podcast starts? It’s so unprofessional and annoying to butcher a subject of discussion while Josh tries to decide how many buttons to undo.
