Contextual links is hardly Apple’s intellectual property.. Middle school kids could come up with most of Apple’s main patent beefs.. It’s all common sense stuff that was novel 10 years ago when someone else did it different..

I worked in a customs warehouse like 7 years ago and they had everything from Luxury cars, Jewelry, and designer clothes from seizures all the way to knock off Air Jordans, Rolexs, and sports gear.. Interestingly enough they also had about a million MC Hammer cds from his 9/11 tribute album. They should have seized whatever the guy who decided to make a million of those cds was smoking at the time.. They would hold the items until the court requested the evidence and then present a sample. We had to shred fake Jordans all the time lol

Do I sense a tad bit of resentment for not being able to afford one?
It is a overpriced waste of money but people with that much money waste it on worse things

I recovered a whole 8gb sd card that crashed.. All of my “erased” pics and files showed up just the same as the ones that weren’t.. The only way to truly erase something is to write over it or destroy the medium.. Maybe they did do that though but I kinda doubt that it couldn’t be recovered

It is most likely a small radio issue that can be easily fixed or caused by being in a low signal area (which the review clearly states). I wouldn’t worry about it any Sprint phone will have bad battery life if you uses the net and are constantly dropping bars.. It may be a good idea to review a phone somewhere it gets service..

How could you get a class action lawsuit when it’s the Gov’t fault?? The FCC forced Sprint to go Wimax or they would have lost all of their 2500mhz spectrum. The conditions of the Nextel buyout were meant to foster broadband wireless for the public but the FCC handled it badly. They didn’t want Sprint to sit on the Spectrum but Sprint wouldn’t do that.. Who was the first to go 2G and 3G??? So the FCC makes Sprint deploy on 2500mhz by 2008 LTE still isn’t finished so they have no choice but to go WiMax.. And then they are forced to keep iDen running as well. iDen is stuck on 2G because Motorola stopped developing it a long time ago. So they are forced to run 2G network that is bleeding subs and to deploy a 4G network that is great in many places but is not the industry standard. Apple will NEVER make a WiMax anything and in 3 or 4 years when LTE passes WiMax Sprint would be at a disadvantage still using it in phones.
And the $10 fee is for your data and it is by far the cheapest post paid.. If your 3G speeds suck that bad and you can’t wait for Network Vision then leave. Sprint is a corp just like Apple and VZW. They are somewhat better but showing any corp loyalty is stupid. They either earn your business or they dont.

That’s actually not true.. Look up “Network Vision”. It most certainly IS 3G upgrades along with LTE coverage.

Love Joliet I have lots of family out there.. I live in SoCal and luckily Sprint’s coverage is a close second only to VZW. I get WiMax that averages over 6mbps and 3G averages around 1mbps (used to be double before Android and iOS took over). My mom is in Joliet right now and Sprint coverage sucks out there. I love Sprint but I would leave if I lived by my Grandparents house in Joliet.
But on the other side of the coin Sprint was dealt a tough hand in the Nextel buyout. They were forced to deploy on 2500mhz BEFORE the industry standard, LTE, was ready AND they have been forced to KEEP iDEN running WAY TOO LONG… The FCC screwing them like that was pretty unforeseeable but on the bright side Sprint has enough Spectrum to have the best 4G network in America in the next few years. I wouldn’t fault Sprint for halting the WiMax build out they actually almost made it a legitimate competing standard and WiMax still does have way more world wide users than LTE. In the end Sprint made the right choice by going LTE because Apple doesn’t care and it will make things easier for Sprint to get BB10, Android, and WP7 super phones to it’s customers. Waiting for LTE will be easy for me out here fortunately with Wimax, but for you it really just depends on how patient you are and how good the coverage is in areas that you frequent.
