Exactly. The anti-Google bots are ridiculous. Suing over FRAND is bad? No, it isn’t. Trying to block products from FRAND is evil? No, it isn’t. There is no rule that FRAND patents cannot block products. Recently they ruled they shouldn’t be able to block products, setting a precedent. Before that, it was up in the air. So Motorola/Google thought why not give it a shit? They’re trying to block our products, afterall.
About a 50% boost in ultrabook graphics? Good enough for me. Ultrabooks are fine in anything but the more demanding games. I’ll be happy playing Rome 2 TW on my Haswell ultrabook.
