Isn’t this article just about fixing problems that arose with the patch though? I feel like most patches I download nowadays with any piece of software or game get a bug-fix patch a few days later after it’s been out in the wild.
Because the issues were fixed and are now non-issues, and everyone who has been on the internet in the past couple months is 100% familiar with the abundance of hot steamy nerd rage over a game you can choose not to play.
