They didn’t cut prices on the 3DS because the tech got cheaper, it was because they HAD to. It wasn’t selling and developers are less likely to develop for something that doesn’t have widespread adoption. Make no mistake, it took a while for Nintendo to make any real profit from the 3DS. They can not afford to have that happen again on the Wii U. Saying they are trying to “jump this shark” is not hate. It’s what they’re actually trying to do and it’s painful to watch when you’re a long time fan like myself.
