Dear sweet science, but I loved this movie. It’s great fun, and frankly the whole reversal leading up to “The Scene” played right into my nostalgia circuits. I knew exactly where everything was going, and felt rewarded when it went there. It’s all what I wanted. It’s fanservice, sure, but it’s GOOD fanservice.
I can’t wait for the next one now. What brilliant, glorious, Trekie, fun.
