Apple is out of control? Huh. Well, all these copycats had two options right from the start:

a) Invent, design and patent their own original stuff and avoid getting in trouble from other manufactures.

b) Just copy someone else and try to get away with it.

HTC chose option b even though they were forced to comply with the ruling from December, and now they are experiencing the outcome out it.

Yes, Apple is really out of control here.
