The corporate world is filled with people who think this way. Ask the typical company recruiter as to what type of person they need to hire and you get this nonsense. Ask the same person what their company does or makes and they are clueless.
It is also a clear indication that these firms are looking for young workers only. What respectable worker over 30 with a family and mortgage wants to be thrown in with a bunch of “Ninjas” running around like over caffeinated warriors that lack the ability to focus to get work done.
This is silly and another indication every CEO should cut their bloated Human Resource staffs by 50% and hire gown ups to run HR.
