The battery life alone is tempting me to upgrade my 2012 Air. It’ll be interesting to see how the battery life improves with Mavericks installed given its new power saving features. Other than that what else is there to say about the MacBook Air? It’s the best computer I’ve ever owned. I’m actually kind of dreading the day they do update the look because I think it’s design is sublime (rhyme!).

Very nice. Cut my cable because I have Netflix and Amazon Prime. I have yet to put a dent in my Netflix queue (so many tv shows) and I haven’t even watched anything on Amazon Instant yet.

They’re really killing it with content. Tons of good stuff.

It’s been about four years since I’ve last flown. I just had a string of bad experiences flying that I decided to just load up my car and drive for family stuff and vacations. I’ll only fly now if I absolutely have to.

I don’t know. I kept saying I was going to buy a Wii and never did (my PS3 kept me entertained/busy). I feel like I’m in the same boat with the Wii U. There were some really tempting games shown (Bayonetta, Mario Kart, SSB) but none of them are coming out this year. By the time they do come out, I’ll have a PS4 and Destiny, Witcher 3, Elder Scrolls Online, etc will also be launching next year.

I think I may end up passing on another Nintendo system. They really need to be more aggressive with their games/launches. Mario Kart 8 and SSB should have been out this year to compete with the PS4 and Xbox One launches. They don’t have the third party support to back them up so their own studios need to kick it up a notch.

I’m with Sony on this. They listened to the uproar over Kinect 2 being mandatory. At this point, Microsoft’s approach is a bunch of what-ifs. What if two years from now they have some killer motion control games/apps? We’ll see when we get there.

My brother was an early Kinect adopter. We had some fun at first but now it’s packed up in a closet. I didn’t even bother getting Sony’s motion thing.

I’m glad Sony didn’t make their camera mandatory. I’d rather have the lower price on the system.
