Problem is, there was a tablet that predated the iPad’s announcement that actually beat the iPad to having the list you have just pointed out. The IdeaPad U1 was shown on January 5 2010, weeks before the iPad was even announced January 27 2010. Not only does it match all of the design patents that you have referenced it also has a name that predated the iPad starting with an I in the front and having a Pad at the end. I have no idea why Samsung has not referenced the IdeaPad U1 as being previous design.
Plus the Galaxy Tab 10.1 does not have a “Springboard” like the iPhone does. Nor does it have boxed in icons. So icon design patents does not count towards the Galaxy Tab 10.1s patent infringement’s.
