Great review, though I have two ‘criticisms’, or items of feedback for you.
1 – On the topic of Android update delays. Samsung has been awful with this but the grass isn’t necessarily greener even on the ‘stock Android’ devices. My Galaxy Nexus has been an absolute nightmare to the point where I eventually rooted it to update the device myself, thanks to Samsung or the carriers making multiple builds of the stock system with no discernable differences other than them hindering updates.
2- I find it really odd that the iPhone 4S is never brought up in this review at all. I know it’s an older handset now but its popularity cannot be denied and it still has a fantastic camera (in terms of image quality, not necessarily megapixels), so I’m surprised it didn’t at least show up for that segment. I feel like a lot of people in the iPhone camp looking at the SIII will be thinking ‘Ok, but how does this stack up with MY phone?’.

Wha? I find the Magic Mouse to be fantastic, with the one issue being the mouse is very ‘flat’ and doesn’t have much palm support because of it.

Same. Last thing I need is the entire internet having access to my personal life. _;; I don’t think they’d really want it, either.

Tell that to my cable provider. Foxtel in Australia. Pay for subscriber television, receive non-stop ads for garbage like funerals and life insurance and other shows.
If I’m paying already, why am I getting ads? If I’m getting ads, why am I paying… And so on.

Seriously… This looks good and I’ll give it a go but if this screenshot had been on a page for Cave Story I wouldn’t of questioned it.

Agreed. Scrubbed through the video to see no live demo… Disappointing since it’s obviously what everyone wants to see. >_<

Agreed. Switched to Android around 6 months ago, and the navigation is a godsend. It blows my mind Apple users are spending ~$100 on these GPS apps and potentially more on up to date apps now and then.
Agree with Good_ole_Pinocchio about the homescreen too, I don’t expect Apple to implement widgets and such but not having an ‘app drawer’ or the ability to hide apps you don’t use is super annoying. I always just end up with this ugly weird ‘Stuff I Don’t Want’ folder on my last home screen. =/

The implementation here is very different, DougB541 basically hit the nail on the head. It’s provided alongside the search results, rather than being forced inside the results out of order artificially.

It also sets worrying precedents. A few groups don’t like something? Censor it.

I’m 25 too man and have been dying to go to Japan since I was a kid, haven’t yet either though, don’t give up on it! =P Heck, all you need to teach over there most of the time is a bachelor’s degree in essentially any discipline.
I’m looking at distance/online education myself for this very reason: You can get an Arts degree while still working and then use that to teach over there! At least in theory.
Hope this isn’t too OT, just in a similar situation and thought it might help you out.
