This is kind of true but not quite right. Groklaw has an issue with software litigation in general and David Boise, the lead counsel for Oracle, in particular.

Boise represented SCO when they attempted to assert control over UNIX in SCO v IBM. If you read those old posts you will see the exact same slant you do in this case. I would wager that no matter who Oracle had sued you see the same coverage.
