I always ask my self “will I love this thing?” Not just enjoy it, but love it, feel inspired by it, and feel disappointed with myself when I take a poorly composed pictures with it. Will it draw my eye sitting on a shelf, provoking me to take more pictures?
Who cares about autofocus issues? Who cares about small idiosyncrasies? Those are the things you learn to love over time.
I’ve had many fantastic DSLRs with some great lenses, but I wish with all my heart for an X100 or the OM-D. Why? Because they’re beautiful tools that make beautiful images. I would argue that no talented photographer started out with great equipment; they started out with a love of photography. And that’s literally all you need.

Haha, finance isn’t a feature :P Nvidia is hoping to use these cards in large-scale computers that businesses can tap into to use huge datasets to make financial predictions and ultra low-latency trades. For example, a computer like this could estimate very small fluctuations in stock prices and buy and sell stocks in a fraction of second. Sure, maybe each transaction would net them a few cents, but when you’re making them by the second, that adds up. Quick.
