The interface. Voice recognition, snap view, ability to quickly switch from TV to game, skype, netflix and so on. Is definitely better than just a cable box.

The tiles is half of what makes Lumias look beautiful. With every other OS homescreen it would look just ok.

If you don’t want random crap in the background don’t run random crap in the background.

The main reason I play on PC is so I can multitask. Alt tab switch to the browser, play music or podcasts in the background. If you remove all that then what’s the point. I might as well play on a console.

That’s not new dude. Everyone knows metro was inspired by the Swiss style, even MS have said it many times. What I’m glad with what MS did is implementing that style finally on software.
