I think it really comes down to what regular folks are going to use the product they are looking for. The way apple presents their products is that of simple, beautiful gadgets that will enrich and make your life easier. And not a product that will just cause problems and frustrations. This is blatantly obvious in apples ads, while the competition focuses on allegories and cool graphics, apple simply picks a feature and they show how easy it is to use for each of their ads. And that resonates with a lot of people. No bullshit, no gimmicks, just a straight up demo of what their products do.
Could you be anymore of a Whitney little child? For god’s sake the word innovation gets thrown around way to easily. The level at which apple has innovated and changed the world is leaps and bounds beyond what another tech company has accomplished in the the last 13 years.
You gripe at apple for refining and perfecting their already amazing products year after year. Yet you look at google and android handset makers as innovators because they can finally make a phone whose UI doesn’t lag because of its shitty software? Give me a break!!!
