Except there has yet to be a Motorola Nexus device. So far only the plastic slippery as a bar of soap models have surfaced.

2. There is no consistency of what to expect in multitouch gestures from one app to another because touch gestures can be used in so many ways.
This exactly. Using iTap and LogMeIn Ignition to manage various remote PCs can be a little frustrating. To open the keyboard on iTap a 3 finger swipe down is needed, but in LMI it is 3 fingers up and neither app will allow a simple configuration change to invert this or other gestures.

Microsoft proved already that by naming Windows Vista the Mojave Project made it more approachable to the masses. Using a name as boring as Windows on a phone they are so desperately seeking mass appeal is counterproductive. It seems like they did absolutely no market research when coming up with a name. Would anyone have taken the Xbox platform seriously had it been called Windows Game Console? Why should anyone take Windows Phone seriously? It doesn’t matter how good it is if the only people who are going to be showing off Windows Phone with any degree of excitement are Microsoft employees.
