It would be tough to find one cheap enough.. possibly a refurbished one but I would want it to be the retina if I were gonna shell out the money for it.
I’m not looking to spend a ton on it mainly because I have a laptop and this is mainly for complimenting it and using it to replace textbooks.
I was considering the mini because I do have a $50 gift card to Best Buy but I feel with the price I could get a bigger 10" tablet which may be better suited for reading.
As well as the fact that I don’t have any iOS products (besides an iPod classic) so it would make more sense to buy a Windows or Android machine to sync play stores and everything.
Have either of you used it for textbook reading and if so how is it? Also what’s the battery life like I assume most tablets last a good while, it also wouldn’t be a problem to wait a couple months.
