I agree – Many people tend to forget, that even if iOS does share some code with OSX for certain, it also cannot run OSX applications.

I understand why reviewers of Windows RT tablets are bitching about that, as I have the same complaints myself. I look at my Ativ Tab and I’m often thinking, “man, that would be hell of a good device.. if it ran all my x86 programs” – Mainly because the desktop is there, and while it is very convenient to handle files and stuff, it doesn’t do a lot due to the lack of x86.

I’d even say that the Surface would’ve been a bigger hit if they had put a Atom processor in it – Actually, I hope they will announce a new Surface with that on board.

I’d buy it instantly. It looks so sexy. Can’t wait to see what Nokia has up its sleeves on Tuesday, but I don’t think they can beat this.

Yes – And they will switch to Windows 7, not 8. Mainly because such projects take quite a long time (several years) because you have to ensure backwards compatibility with your application-landscape. Many businesses depend not only on one ERP-System, but have 100-200 applications running in production. All of them have to work with the new OS, therefore it takes a looong time (and lots of money) to make the switch.

Unfortunately, lots of people think that its basically the same thing as upgrading your computer at home, just multiplied by the amount of workstations.

It isn’t.

1) No, it does not have a digitizer.

2) Wikipedia, YouTube RT, Kindle, Skype, OneNote MX, GMaps, modTuner… there are not a lot of good aps, but there are some. Better search in the internet/forums than in the store.

Talking over each other seems okay – But it gets very irritating if they just cut themselves of with completely different topics they want to introduce.

Especially Josh (Sorry! ;D) seems to be so eager to tell a little story, that he sometimes simply cannot wait for Nilay or Paul to finish their sentence.

For me, it would really improve the show if the guys would give each other a bit more room and time before just starting to talk over each other again.
